Our standard menu package includes:
- 4-week cycle Menu
- Dietitian Consultation –a Registered Dietitian is available
- Emergency Menu – a three-day menu with pre-order supplies
- Menu Substitution Form Menu –documentation form (state required)
- Menus for 14 Holidays
- Menu Revisions – throughout the year
- Customization – revised menus based on customer preference
Available options (at additional cost):
- 5- and 6-week menu cycles
- Menus for Restricted Diets - most states require special menus to be planned out in advance for all restricted diet orders.
- Ethnically Diverse Food Options – Unique food items for residents with ethnic and cultural preferences added to standard menus.
- Alternate Meals – Available for either lunch and/or dinner
- Create Your Own Menu –Work with one of our dietitian consultants to design your own menu.
- Recipes: Standardized recipes created only for Family Gathering menu package and communities with 12 or less residents.
- Recipes are necessary when it comes to controlling costs, providing consistency of meals and they are often State required.
