Description
This session, taught by a Registered Dietitian, will focus on information geared to those individuals engaged in food handling and serving — particularly at meal times. Infection control as well as food borne illness is reviewed. No limit on size of class and fee includes materials.
Two (2) Contact hours for ALF Administrators is provided (meets FAC 58A-5.020(1)(d) for annual training requirements)
