Danielle Barnett – Vice President
Danielle comes to BSN Solutions with a strong background in business management. As Divisional Consultant for the Kirby Company, her role was to help failing offices revamp their sales force which included evaluating the sales team, recruiting and training new staff. She successfully opened and managed several PF Chang restaurants and was Food and Beverage Director for SmokeRise Country Club. Danielle’s eye for meeting organizational needs, evaluating workforce competencies, and balancing budgets while focusing on the customer make her a true asset to BSN. Gail Douglas, RD, LDN – Regional Director
Gail joined BSN Solutions as a Regional Director in March of 2013. Her role is to coordinate placement of our dietitians and to support the dietitian and our customers. Gail has a vast 30+ year background in long-term care, having worked within skilled nursing and rehab centers in clinical and management capacities. Coleen Brumley – Menu Consultant
Coleen has worked for BSN Solutions since 2015. She takes immense pride in her track record for customer satisfaction as evidenced by the high percentage of menu customers who reorder year after year. Coleen is delighted to work with assisted living and senior living communities to create the perfect menu package, offering customization as needed. Teri Harwell – Office Manager

Susan Roberts – Customer Success Specialist
Susan is dedicated to ensuring the success of our menu customers by meeting their needs. Her MBA and background in hotel management merges business acumen with hospitality, the perfect combination for BSN Solutions.
